For the 2022 Conference, AAHHE is following Covid-19 CDC protocols and Nevada State College Covid-19 policies and procedures:
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement to attend the 2022 AAHHE National Conference (in person) As we prepare to gather for the national conference, the AAHHE Board is mindful of the current spread of COVID-19 variants and, in order to promote a healthier and safer meeting environment, has decided that all conference presenters, attendees, AAHHE staff, board members, and onsite vendors will be required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated in order to attend the conference. The proof must be provided by March 4th, 2022 via CrowdPass, a third-party organization. The CDC considers an individual fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose in a two-dose vaccine series (Pfizer or Moderna) or two weeks after a single-dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. If you have registered to attend the conference in person and are unable to meet this requirement, we encourage you to change your registration to attend virtually. If you do not want to attend virtually, AAHHE will provide a refund to you. For conference presenters, please note that you’re still required to have at least one person of your team present in-person at the conference. We strongly recommend that you complete your verification no later than March 4th, 2022. CrowdPass follows a thorough two-step verification process which may take up to 24 hours during busy times. Most verifications are completed within an hour or two, but please be patient if you do not receive your confirmation until the next day.
