Frequently Asked Questions
2026 AAHHE Conference

Where can I view the schedule?

The conference schedule can be found here. Attendees need to download the AAHHE conference app to view more details.

Is there a conference app? How can I download it?

Yes, our conference app is called "AAHHE" and can be searched for and downloaded in your app store. You can also view the app download instructions here.

I've download the app, but I cannot see the event details.

Once you've downloaded the app, you will need to sign in as an Attendee using the email you used to register for the conference; otherwise, you will not be recognized as an attendee and won't be able to access the conference events and details.

Where can I park on campus?

General parking will be available for attendees on campus. The daily-choice parking rate will be $4.75 per day (including fees) in four parking areas:

  • Parking Structure 3
  • Parking Structure 4
  • Parking Lot 17/17A/17B
  • Parking Lot 15

This rate is available exclusively through the PayByPhone app/website.

Where is the best place for my rideshare to pick me up or drop me off on campus?

The best address for the SDSU campus is 5954 Hardy Avenue, San Diego, CA 92182. This is the address for SDSU's Student Union where most of the conference will take place. Please view this interactive map for assistance parking and navigating the campus.

Is there WiFi on campus?

Attendees can use the "Conference Services" network.

Username: AAHHE 2026
Password: Conference (with a capital "C")

This will be a one-time login for the whole weekend, but attendees need to make sure they're connected to the "Conference Services" network and not the "Guest" network.

Is there a quiet room?

The prayer/meditation rooms will be available on Friday in the Center for Intercultural Relations. On Saturday/Sunday, if anyone needs access to a room, we can ask the Information Booth staff and they'll open a room as needed.

Are there gender neutral bathrooms?

Gender neutral restrooms are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union. View a map of the gender neutral bathrooms here: https://as.sdsu.edu/useruploads/files/forms/restroomlocations.pdf.
