The 2026 AAHHE Conference will be held in-person at San Diego State University.

Hotel Information

Attendees will need to directly call their preferred hotel to make their own reservations. AAHHE is not reserving blocks of rooms for conference attendees. We recommend the hotels below for your stay in San Diego. Be sure to book your room early for the best rates.

Please note that we recommend travel dates on March 26 and March 29, 2026. 

Transportation

For public transportation instructions, attendees can use a rideshare app or take a taxi to the SDSU campus. Here is a helpful link for more detailed campus directions. Attendees can also utilize the San Diego trolley system and take the Green Line from Hotel Circle to the SDSU campus. 

The best address for the SDSU campus is 5954 Hardy Avenue, San Diego, CA 92182. This is the address for SDSU's Student Union where most of the conference will take place. Please view this interactive map for assistance parking and navigating the campus. 

Registration

Registration will open by early December 2025. Early registration will last through Friday, January 9, 2026, and all registration for the conference will close by Friday, March 6, 2026. Registration has a maximum capacity of 300, so register early! For more details about conference registration and fees, please visit here.
